Prompt Care Mobile is a mobile urgent care medical practice led by Dr. Stacey Feinstein, DO, serving patients throughout South Florida. Our services include:

• In-Home Urgent Care Visits: A licensed medical provider travels to your home to diagnose and treat non-emergency medical conditions.
• Telemedicine Consultations: Virtual medical consultations conducted via phone or video for eligible conditions.

Our services are not a substitute for emergency medical care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, including but not limited to chest pain, difficulty breathing, severe bleeding, stroke symptoms, or loss of consciousness, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room immediately.

Appointment Booking and Cancellation

Appointments may be booked through our website, by phone, or by email. By booking an appointment, you confirm that:

• The information you provide (name, address, contact details, symptoms) is accurate and complete.
• You are booking the appointment for yourself or for someone for whom you are the legal guardian or authorized representative.
• You will be available at the specified location during the scheduled appointment window.

We ask that you provide reasonable notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments at our discretion due to scheduling conflicts, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Payment Terms

Prompt Care Mobile operates on a pay-per-visit model. No insurance is required to receive our services. Key payment terms include:

• Visit fees range from $149 to $499 depending on the type and complexity of the visit.
• Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as specified at the time of booking.
• Pricing is subject to change. Any changes to pricing will be communicated before your appointment is confirmed.
• Additional charges may apply for procedures, lab work, supplies, or medications administered during a visit.

While we do not bill insurance directly, we can provide you with documentation that you may submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.

Medical Disclaimer and No Guarantee of Outcomes

Medicine is not an exact science, and no provider can guarantee specific results. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• All medical care is provided on an "as-is" basis. No warranty, express or implied, is made regarding the results of any diagnosis, treatment, or consultation.
• Our providers will exercise reasonable professional judgment in delivering care, but outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control.
• You are responsible for following treatment plans, taking prescribed medications as directed, and seeking follow-up care when recommended.
• Our services do not replace an ongoing relationship with a primary care physician. We recommend that all patients maintain a relationship with a primary care provider.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PromptCare Mobile, its owners, officers, employees, and providers (including Dr. Stacey Feinstein, DO) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our website or services. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of data, loss of revenue, or interruption of service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms of Service or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct.
